About International Record Review

International Record Review was launched in March 2000 and in a short time has built up a readership of many thousands throughout the world. It is a magazine for those who know their music but who are prepared to be further enlightened, appreciate good sound-reproduction, without the need for gimmicks and who want up-to-date, authoritative comment on the vast number of new and historical classical recordings being released worldwide.
Every issue contains as many full reviews as possible of new releases, written by our international panel of experts, who are renowned for their scholarship, enthusiasm and lively writing style.
Although based in London the magazine is not country specific, and CDs are covered regardless of whether or not they have UK distribution.

International Record Review is published on the second Friday in the month prior to the cover date. The UK cover price is £3·80. It is available in selected record, book and music shops throughout the world. By subscribing you will receive 12 copies for the price of 10 (including postage) delivered to your door.
